Compliance with legal requirements and internal compliance rules is of the highest priority for R&R-BETH GmbH. Breaches must be identified at an early stage in order to initiate appropriate countermeasures and avert potential damage to employees, business partners and the company.

In order to become aware of serious violations within the company in good time and to be able to follow up on reports appropriately, R&R-BETH GmbH has established several reporting channels. Anonymous reports are also possible. In such cases, please provide as many details as possible and, if available, include any documents that support your suspicion. This is because your report can only have an effect if it provides sufficiently specific starting points for investigations and possibilities for gathering evidence.

R&R-BETH GmbH follows up on all reports. In connection with their handling, the highest level of confidentiality and fairness in dealing with the whistleblower is ensured. This also applies to any employees who may be affected by an allegation.
