Complete piping systems for demanding applications

R&R-BETH® piping and ducting systems are used in complex plants worldwide. They are used for the safe transportation of exhaust gases loaded with product or residual material or the safe transfer of clean air

Through the use of different materials, calculation of the necessary pipe cross-section and material thicknesses, static design of the complete piping and duct networks and the use of special manufacturing processes, the following additional special services can be achieved outside of standard use:

• Transport of abrasive dust-air mixtures (glass, stone, cobalt, heavy metals)
• Operational suitability up to 1,300 °C (discharge of hot gases from technological processes)
• Spans of 35 m between the supporting structures
• Pipe components with a cross-section of 80-3,500 mm

R&R-BETH® pipe and duct systems can be manufactured in stainless steel, high-temperature steel, black steel, hot-dip galvanized steel, Sendzimir galvanized steel or painted steel.
